**In March 2015 my husband Warren and I purchased a home in an active adult community that was a foreclosure. Never having done this before we had no idea what we were in for. With a recommendation from a friend we contacted Nick. What a life saver he was. We had started out just wanting him to replace the baseboards in the whole house, but his work is so impeccable that we kept finding more things we wanted him to do. It became a standing joke, when he would come to work everyday I would corner him with “ONE MORE THING”. He was always open to any idea we had, but most of the time his suggestions were far better. Well after two months, and a lot of hard work from Nick we moved into our beautiful new home. Nick did everything from replacing bathrooms, ceiling to floor showers, foyer and kitchen tile, lighting in the whole house, ceiling fans, beautiful backsplash, and oh ya, the 6″ baseboards in the whole house. **My name is Raul Silva, M.D. I have remodeled homes on numerous occasions, and glad to say the result on each project were completed and exceeded my expectations. In April of 2017, we purchased a home on Long Beach Island. We new the bones of the home were good, but the house needed substantial renovation to bring it up to its potential. After meeting with three contractors we selected Nick from NMP Builders. We thought his price estimate was quite reasonable and his references reflected a solid work ethic, but there was something about his persona that made us feel confident in his being able to execute on a project of this scope. **We would like to acknowledge the quality workmanship that Nick Piergrossi, NMP Builders,performed at our home. He built a new outdoor staircase to our second floor deck. **My wife and I moved into a house that needed a few updates, initially to the kitchen. After meeting with Nick, the first time. we came away with a good feeling about the person behind the (covid) mask and didn’t really need the glowing referral we received from one of his past clients. We had indicated we were not in a rush to get started, and that worked well for his scheduling. He only asked that we wait until all of the material we would be using was at the house before he started and that he would schedule us in at that time. Work began just a few weeks after the last item was delivered. If there is one thing, I could say about Nick, it’s that there isn’t just one thing. If he says he will be at the site by 8:00, he is there at 7:55. If he sees an angle that is not exactly right, he painstakingly takes the time to make it perfect. If he sees a better way to connect a fitting, he explains his thinking and gets it done, and takes immense pride in doing it right the first time. The fact that he does everything, carpentry, electric, plumbing, tile, and more, took away all of the stress we could have experienced from having to deal with multiple trades.
